We are just 1 day away from the 2nd Annual Military & Veteran Boots Ball, and we are honored to share that Dr. Silas J. Session Sr. will be joining us as this year’s keynote speaker.

Dr. Session is a retired U.S. Army Major and currently serves as Executive Director of the Office of Kentucky Veterans Services with the Kentucky Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are grateful to have him with us for an evening centered on honoring service, strengthening community connection, and supporting the ongoing work of military and veteran su***de prevention.

This event means a lot to our coalition, and we are looking forward to gathering with our guests, sponsors, veterans, service members, military families, and community partners this Saturday evening.

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.

Behind every uniform was a person with a family, friends, dreams, and a story that mattered.

As we remember those who never made it home, we also encourage our community to continue supporting the veterans, service members, and military families who carry loss, grief, and invisible battles every day.

May we never forget their sacrifice, and may we continue building a community where no one feels alone after service.
