Wish you well Jimmi!

After 6 years I have come to a crossroads that I didn’t think I would ever be at. One is a path I know well, the other something entirely new. I spent the past month going back and forth asking for signs and praying that I would make the right decision. When a book fell into my lap, The Alchemist, I read it and at the end,
I knew.

“One day you will wake up and there won’t be any more time to do the things you’ve always wanted to do. Do it now!”

Finally, I knew I had to take the path that scared me the most and the path of most growth.

I have accepted a dream job in LA and the only reason I hesitated was because of all of you. I couldn’t bear to tell you all that I was going to go, but here we are and here I go.

Life is funny, it will present paths to you when you least expect it. Offering you a new adventure but the catch is you must give up the life you know and in doing so say goodbye to those who have been apart of your story thus far.

I have been blessed with some of the most incredible people ever to come into my life. I have learned countless bits of wisdom for the road ahead. I can’t thank you all enough for your love, your support, and your friendship.

I will be closing White Barn in the next few weeks. White Barn has been an adventure I have loved and I will cherish. I will make a post about what is more to come soon.

I’m going to go dry my eyes and blow my nose now, but all I can say is WHAT A GIFT! That it hurts this much to say goodbye.

Our Summer Social is a relaxed ticketed community/family-friendly event featuring live music by Chris Eakes, local food trucks, games, site tours, you-pick gardens and good ole fashioned fun in a scenic setting. Take in a hike at the Theler Wetlands before or after - pets are welcome (some hikes are not pet friendly). We are excited to be in Belfair and appreciate the dedicated volunteers and staff at the Salmon Center!
