Have you heard about our port-a-potty campaign? 😄

Well, we're calling it the Nuts & Bolts Fund. But it's centered on our port-a-potty!

We have a tiny budget. No full-time staff. We rely heavily on our volunteers, AND on donations from people like you to stay afloat. And the port-a-potty is one of our biggest expenses. (It costs good money to keep it clean!) We are looking for donations of any size!

Our Nuts & Bolts Fund supports everything we are able to do. Every. Day. Every bag of soil, garden tool, seed packet and - yes - PORT-A-POTTY CLEANING we pay for is a stepping stone to funding our mission of engaging adults and children alike with the natural environment.

Thanks to SFLC Playgroups and Somerville Public Schools for being such amazing partners! So nice to see so many children and families visiting the garden on Tuesday!

Wow!! SFLC Playgroup families know how to party! Our hearts are full this morning after an amazing event last night. Thanks to all who came out to celebrate with us, thank you to The Somerville Community Growing Center for hosting us, and to Jeff Jam for the awesome music.

We will take a short break to prepare for summer playgroups and will be back with a fun summer session in July. Stay tuned for the schedule and other events to keep you busy in the meantime!

A Note About This Weekend's Theatre:
The final two performances of Now Is Still Here: Climate Change Theatre Action, have been consolidated into one, which will take place on Friday, June 5 at 6:30 pm. THERE WILL NO LONGER BE A SATURDAY PERFORMANCE. Please come support our amazing volunteer (yet professional) thespians!

The performances of Now Is Still Here: Climate Change Theatre Action scheduled for Friday & Saturday, May 29 & 30, have been moved to June 5 & 6 due to the potential for rain. Stay tuned for word on the Sunday May 31 performance!
