🎨 Together We Make Our Mark! ❤️
We are absolutely amazed by the response to this special project!
Our very own Jennifer invited the childcare teachers we work with to help the children in their classrooms create a unique “dot” to add to our display based on The Dot by Peter H. Reynolds.
And WOW — 43 classrooms participated! 🎉
Each dot is completely different and represents the creativity, imagination, and little hands that helped bring it to life. When they all came together, they created something pretty incredible — a beautiful reminder that every child can make their mark. ❤️
To all of the teachers who took the time to participate and encourage your children to create, THANK YOU! We are so grateful for your enthusiasm and support. You truly made this project more special than we could have imagined. 43 classrooms. 43 unique creations. One amazing display. 🎨✨

First Friends Preschool is now hiring for a full time educational assistant in our toddler room, Monday-Friday 9:30-5:30.

Incentives….
*half price child care
*vacation after 1 year of employment
*1 PTO day earned each month after
one month of employment

Part time positions still available as well.
Monday-Friday 3:00-5:30. Additional hours can be picked up as well if you want to sub from time to time for full time employees. Part time positions are perfect for college students!!

At Educators Day Out, you'll discover field trip planning resources, free funding opportunities and hands-on programs that connect classroom learning with real-world experiences. Educators will enjoy a complimentary lunch before exploring the museum and 50-acre heritage park firsthand.

PRO-KID SPOTLIGHT: Ca’Lae Ervin
So proud of all this girl has accomplished and we can’t wait to see what she does with her future.

Ervin received an invite to join the MTSU program that combines traditional cheerleading, tumbling, and STUNT skills and was offered a spot on the team by spirit coordinator Brooke Legens after attending a clinic/tryout in March. She will receive a scholarship, according to Legens, after summer training, and will be one of 26 girls on a squad that both performs at athletic events and vies in competitions against other Division 1-A schools.
