We need your help! Youth Ag & Leadership is hosting our 22nd Annual BBQ Fundraiser on August 29th, and we're looking for 4-H and FFA members, parents and community leaders to volunteer to help make this year's event a huge success.👌

Record books are a great way to keep track of your projects, set goals and see your progress towards them, and offer both life skills as well as a great way to earn awards for yourself and your club! The Bob & Leslie Kunde Interview Competition is a unique opportunity for Sonoma County Fair exhibitors to practice real-world job interview skills while competing for cash prizes and awards!
📅 Applications Due: 5:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 1st
🎤 In-Person Interviews: July 6th–7th
Bob and Leslie Kunde were dedicated supporters of the Sonoma County Fair and youth in agriculture. Their passion for preserving Sonoma County's agricultural heritage and supporting future agricultural leaders inspired this competition.
Participants will interview with a panel for a position of their choice from a selection of agriculture-related companies. This experience challenges exhibitors to communicate professionally, showcase their strengths, and demonstrate why they would be an excellent candidate for the job.
✅ Open to ages 9–18
✅ Must be a 2026 Sonoma County Fair exhibitor (Livestock or Still Exhibit)
✅ Must be a current 4-H or FFA member in good standing
