I bet you didn’t know that these popular actors have done Shakespeare! Join the list of talented performers with this kind of range, register for our Spooky Shakespeare scenes!

1. Cynthia Erivo as Puck in A Midsummer Night’s Dream and as Elphaba in Wicked.
2. Sadie Sink as Annie in Annie and Juliet in Romeo and Juliet.
3. Bebe Neuwirth as Morticia Addams in The Addams Family and Hyppolyta in A Midsummer Night’s Dream.
4. Tom Holland as Billy Elliot in Billy Elliot and as Romeo in Romeo and Juliet.

Spooky Shakespeare Scenes
Instructed by: Hannah-Jane Dakin

Ages 12-17
Tuesdays/Thursdays: 4-6pm
October 13-November 14
Performance: November 14
Tuition: $350

During this 5-week class, students will explore scenes featuring some of Shakespeare’s
most well-known ghosts, witches, fairies and supernatural characters that will culminate
in a performance of the spookiest scenes that Shakespeare has to offer! Scenes for this
class will be pulled from plays such as Macbeth, Hamlet, Richard III, A Midsummer
Night’s Dream and The Tempest. Students will work with each other, bringing the
scenes to life on the stage in collaborative ensemble pieces and solo scenes. This class
will give theatre students the opportunity to learn about verse, language, theme and
character through Shakespeare’s most delightfully ghoulish and haunting works!

Spooky Shakespeare Scenes

During this 5-week class, students will explore scenes featuring some of Shakespeare’s most well-known ghosts, witches, fairies and supernatural characters that will culminate in a performance of the spookiest scenes that Shakespeare has to offer!
