Happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grandpas, and father figures in the Magic Valley who work tirelessly to protect and provide for their families.

A father's instinct is to give his children a safe, secure place to rest their heads at night. But right now in our community, there are parents pulling continuous shifts who still can't afford a bed for their kids, leaving those sweet children to sleep on a cold, hard floor as the hot summer months arrive.

At Sleep in Heavenly Peace, we’re gearing up our summer build efforts to step in and help. A dedicated bed isn't a luxury; it’s essential for a child's health and development. We deliver fully furnished twin beds—complete with a brand-new mattress, pillow, and bedding—but we need our local community to help us make it happen.

Gearing up for summer—because no kid should sleep on the floor. ☀️🛠️🛌

As the heat starts rising and we head into the hot summer months, most kids are looking forward to summer break, sleeping in, and relaxing. But for too many children right here in our community, "sleeping in" means spending the night on a cold, hard floor.

At Sleep in Heavenly Peace, summer doesn't mean taking a vacation—it means gearing up to make sure every child in the 208 has a bed of their own. A dedicated, comfortable place to rest isn't a luxury; it’s essential for their health, growth, and well-being, especially during the exhausting heat of the summer months.

We are stepping up our efforts to build, assemble, and deliver fully furnished twin beds—complete with a brand-new mattress, pillow, and bedding—to sweet kiddos who need them most. But we can't do it alone.

🤝 How you can help us beat the heat this summer:

🪚 Volunteer with us: No experience is required! We provide all the tools, safety gear, and training. Keep an eye on our page for upcoming community build events where you can roll up your sleeves, use a sander or drill, and physically build a miracle for a local family.

🛏️ Donate Bedding: We are always in need of brand-new, twin-sized sheets, comforters, and pillows to go out with our deliveries.

People always ask us what it takes to get a kid off the cold floor and into a bed of their own. The answer? A pile of raw 2x4s, a handful of sanders, and a community with the grit to show up and do the work.

At Sleep in Heavenly Peace, we don't just hand out furniture. We handcraft twin bed frames from scratch, pair them with brand-new mattresses, pillows, and bedding, and deliver them straight to local kids who need a safe place to lay their heads. 🛌💤

This Memorial Day, the Sleep in Heavenly Peace family pauses to remember and honor the incredible heroes who sacrificed everything to protect our families, our freedom, and our country.

The security and peace we wish for every child in their bed tonight is built entirely on the sacrifice of those who stood on the front lines. We are forever indebted to them and their families.

May we live in a way that honors their legacy every single day by taking care of one another and serving our community with grit and heart. ❤️🤍💙

When we say, "no kid sleeps on the floor," we mean it.

This community just wrapped up a massive build at the CSI Expo Center, turning raw lumber into 111 handcrafted beds for local kids.

But the mission doesn't stop when the sawdust clears. There are still kids in our town waiting for a safe place to sleep tonight, and we’re already gearing up for what's next.

111 BEDS. OVER 200 VOLUNTEERS. ONE INCREDIBLE COMMUNITY. 🛠️✨

The dust has settled at the CSI Expo Center, and we are still buzzing from what we accomplished together this past Saturday. Thanks to the energy and grit of over 200 local volunteers, we built 111 beds in a single day! 🛌💤

Every single one of those headboards was sanded, drilled, branded, and stained by neighbors who showed up to ensure that no kid in the Magic Valley sleeps on the floor.

We couldn’t have reached this milestone without our incredible sponsors who provided the lumber, the venue, and the support to make this build a reality—a special shout-out to Lowe's Home Improvement, D.L. Evans Bank, ICCU, and all our other partners for standing behind this mission. 🏦🇺🇸

The CSI Expo Center is officially transformed and ready for tomorrow! 🛠️✨

We spent the evening turning this arena into a powerhouse of hope. The tables are set, the saws are prepped, and the lumber is stacked high. We are ready to start building beds for kids in the Magic Valley first thing in the morning!

We want to share a massive thank you to our incredible partners who made this all possible. THIS SATURDAY: We turn lumber into miracles! 🛠️✨

The countdown is officially in days, not weeks! This Saturday, May 2nd, we take over the CSI Expo Center for our massive Community Bed Build.

We have to give a huge shout-out to our partners at Lowe's Home Improvement for their incredible support in providing the lumber for this event. 🪵🙌

It’s one thing to see a stack of wood; it’s another to know that, thanks to Lowe's, that wood is about to become a safe, warm bed for a child in the Magic Valley.

We still need a few more hands on the assembly line! Whether you can stay for two hours or the whole day, come help us make "No Kid Sleeps on the Floor" a reality.
