Join us tomorrow for our first outdoor movie of the Summer, Zootopia 2! The library has free popcorn, and we will have inflatables from 25/8 Extreme. The Lemonade Stand will be selling their awesome shakeups as well. Zootopia was our very first outdoor movie 10 years ago, be sure to come out to keep this Tuscola tradition going strong!

The library is hiring! Interested applicants should fill out a City of Tuscola job application and drop it off at the library or email it to [email protected]

The position is 8-12 hours a week with a starting pay of $15/hour.

Movie night incoming! Kick off your summer with inflatables, a movie, and more in downtown Tuscola at the Gazebo! Block party starts at 6:30, movie when it gets dark enough (probably around 8:15 or so). We hope to see you there!

A reminder: a week from today, Wednesday May 20 at 11:00 a.m., join us for a fun and informative container gardening presentation and demonstration! Sign-ups are required for this event -- please call or come in to the library to sign up by Friday, May 15.

Coles County Master Gardener Paula Enstrom will share practical tips on selecting containers, choosing the right plants, and keeping your container garden thriving all season long. Participants will also create a small container to take home. Whether you’re short on space or just love gardening in pots, this session is perfect for gardeners of all levels.

Hey kids! Mothers' Day is Sunday, May 10. Need a Mothers' Day card? Come in to the library to grab a take-home craft to color and decorate for Mom's special day. We will have these cards available all week, May 4-9, or as supplies last.
