🏃‍♂️ FREE Student Sports Physicals – June 6, 2026 🏃‍♀️

Join us for FREE sports physicals — Open to all incoming 7th & 8th graders and high school student-athletes. Sponsored by Olympia Orthopaedic Associates, we are proud to support local students in staying healthy, active, and ready to play 💙

📅 When: Saturday, June 6
⏰ Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
📍 Where: Capital High School Gymnasium : 2707 Conger Ave NW, Olympia, WA

Please note:
• Sports physicals do not replace an annual well-child visit
• Copies of completed sports physicals will not be available at the ROC Ortho Urgent Care
• Please upload completed forms to Final Forms
