Learn from one of the greatest point guards in Gonzaga history.

South Sound Roots Academy is excited to welcome Dan Dickau to Olympia for an exclusive Dan Dickau Pick & Roll Masterclass.

Dan Dickau was one of the nation’s top point guards at Gonzaga, earning First Team All-American honors, 2002 WCC Player of the Year, and leading the Bulldogs to multiple NCAA Tournament appearances. He was selected in the 2002 NBA Draft before going on to play six seasons in the NBA with the Atlanta Hawks, Portland Trail Blazers, New Orleans Hornets, Boston Celtics, and Los Angeles Clippers. Today, Dan is one of the Northwest’s most respected basketball teachers, broadcasters, and analysts.

This clinic is built for boys and girls in grades 6–12 who are serious about improving their game.

The Pick & Roll is the foundation of modern basketball. Over two days, Dan will teach players how to:
🏀 Read ball screen defenses
🏀 Create scoring opportunities
🏀 Make better decisions with the basketball
🏀 Improve basketball IQ
🏀 Play with confidence, pace, and poise
