We are excited to welcome a New Disaster Recovery Resource Kiosk – Polk County

Faith360 Network has installed a new Community Resource Kiosk at the Polk Referral Center, located on the upper floor of the Polk County Chamber of Commerce building.

The self-guided kiosk connects individuals and families with disaster-related needs to help with housing, food, employment, financial assistance, healthcare, mental health resources, and more.
