We are deeply saddened by the passing yesterday of our great friend, Michael Libby. He gave STRUM its name, and embodied the spirit of our group. He will always be remembered as a joyful, gracious, and uplifting presence. He obsessively sought to create more and more moments of laughter and song just so he could share them with others, and I'm so proud that this group provided him with an outlet for that passion. I'm immensely honored to have been among his close friends in this life 🙏💜🎶

We had a wonderful anniversary gathering this month! Thank you to Rachel for starting this group 13 years ago, and thank you to Marsha for bringing a ukulele cake! I'm so glad we can continue to bring together new people to sing songs with us every month. Join us if you can on the 3rd Wednesday of September for the next one of over 150 monthly meetups since 2013 🤯🎉🎶 Happy Birthday to STRUM 💜
