🎶 The 1st Foundry Middlesex Next Gen Music Camp was an incredible success! 🎶

What an amazing week of music, growth, friendship, and faith!

A heartfelt thank you to Morgan Stewart for sharing her incredible talent, passion, and knowledge with our students all week long. Through her encouragement and leadership, our students were transformed into fearless young musicians who overcame stage fright, built confidence, and discovered abilities they never knew they had.

Each day began with breathing exercises, prayer, and quiet reflection, setting the tone for learning and encouragement. Students formed three bands—Wild Child, Cherry Bomb, and The Forge—where they learned the importance of teamwork, trust, and supporting one another, just as every great band does.

Throughout the week they explored music theory, rehearsed individual songs, and even collaborated to write and produce an original song of their own! A special thank you to Morgan’s bandmate and co-writer, Brandon, for spending two days with us, helping guide the students through the songwriting and production process.

By the end of the week, every student proudly took the stage to perform their musical arrangements with confidence and joy. Watching their growth in such a short time was truly inspiring!

We are so grateful to our wonderful volunteers who gave their time, energy, and encouragement to make this camp possible. Thank you to one of our generous donors for making this camp completely free for every student who participated. We also extend our sincere appreciation to Norman’s Produce and The Cryer Center for their generous food donations that provided healthy lunches throughout the week.

Most of all, we witnessed stronger friendships, growing confidence, and young lives being encouraged in a positive, Christ-centered environment. We are excited to see what God has in store for the future of The Foundry Middlesex and these incredible students!

🎶 Music Camp is Coming to The Foundry Middlesex! 🎶
We’re excited to announce our Music Camp for middle and high school students, taking place Monday, July 20 through Friday, July 24, from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. each day.
🎼 Instructor: Morgan Stewart, an alumna of Berklee College of Music in Boston, is an experienced music teacher and seasoned performer who is passionate about helping young musicians grow their skills and confidence.
🍽️ Lunch will be provided each day.
Whether your student is just beginning or already has musical experience, this is a great opportunity to learn, create, and have fun in a positive, encouraging environment.

Yesterday, our Foundry Middlesex students enjoyed a special trip to the Compass Theater in Irvington for a private showing of Young George Washington. The movie was outstanding—educational, inspiring, and a wonderful way to reflect on the leadership, courage, and character that helped shape our nation as we celebrate America’s 250th anniversary.
It was also a blessing to see so many of our students reconnect during summer break and enjoy time together.
A special thank you to the Compass Theater for arranging a private showing and offering us a generous group rate, and to our wonderful volunteers who helped make this field trip possible. We truly appreciate your support!

Well, that’s a wrap for the 2026 school year at The Foundry! What a wonderful year we had with our students. It’s hard to believe how quickly the time flew by!

We are so thankful for all the memories made, lessons learned, friendships built, and growth we witnessed throughout the year.

While our regular schedule will pause for the summer, we will still be offering a few special programs and activities during the break. We look forward to resuming our regular schedule at the end of the summer as students head back for a new school year.

Thank you to all of our students, families, volunteers, and supporters for being part of The Foundry family. We pray everyone has a safe, fun, and blessed summer!

We are truly enjoying this beautiful spring weather at The Foundry! Fresh air, sunshine, outdoor play, and healthy socializing are exactly what our kids love most. It’s been a wonderful time of fun, laughter, and making great memories together!

Today we included two old-fashioned fun activities—a game of tug-of-war and even some tree climbing! 🌳💪😄 We’re getting back to the basics at The Foundry, and the kids are loving every minute of it.

Thanks to everyone who participated in the 1st Annual Golf Tournament for The Foundry Middlesex Christian Youth Center! This video is the second half of the day when everyone came together to eat a deicious dinner and to accept awards! Anyone who won money donated it to the cause! It was wonderful to see the see the community show up and support our local kids!
