We can offer low-cost spay/neuter prices because private donations and grants help off-set the true, higher cost of spay/neuter procedures. Humane Ohio believes that all animals should receive the highest quality veterinary care possible even if the services rendered are at a reduced cost. Our clinic uses state of the art instruments and equipment, all spay/neuter surgeries are performed by licensed veterinarians (DVMs) and every patient receives a brief physical exam and pain medication.

Meet Bubble!
Bubble is one of three kittens left from her litter, along with her two little buff sisters. She was named Bubble when she was just a tiny baby, but she has definitely grown into her name. She’s the biggest of the bunch and, honestly, she takes snack time very seriously.
Bubble can absolutely get rowdy and join in on kitten chaos, but most of the time she prefers to sit proudly on her throne and wait for someone to bring her something delicious. She knows what she wants, and usually what she wants is food.
If you’re looking for a sweet, silly kitten with a big personality and an even bigger appetite, Bubble may be your girl.

A huge thank you to Manchester Roofing, Inc. for sponsoring this year’s Pints for Pets!

Manchester Roofing recently completed the roof at Humane Ohio, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience. Their team was wonderful to work with, and their follow-up service has continued to be excellent. We are so grateful not only for the care they showed our organization during the project, but also for their continued support of Humane Ohio and Pints for Pets.

Thank you, Manchester Roofing, for taking such great care of us and for helping us continue taking care of pets in our community!
Join us for Pints for Pets on Saturday, October 17th from 6–9 PM at Maumee Bay Brewing Company’s Warehouse.

These fall vibes are putting us in the perfect mood for some Frankly Plant Based Kitchen tomorrow. 😋

They'll be in our parking lot from 11:30-2pm, giving you plenty of time to stop by and change up your lunch routine.

Not only does stopping by do a whole lot of good for your stomach, it also does good for Humane Ohio! $1 from every hot dog sold gets donated back to us, so bring a friend and enjoy some plant based eats. 😎

Meet Tabitha!
Tabitha made her TV debut this morning on 13abc, and we think her sweet little face deserves an introduction of its own.
Tabitha is a gentle girl who can be a little shy with people she doesn’t know, but once she has time to settle in and feel safe, her sweet personality starts to shine. We think she could thrive in almost any kind of home as long as her new family is willing to let her adjust at her own pace.
You may notice Tabitha’s adorable head tilt. Before coming to Humane Ohio, she had an ear polyp removed, which left her with this quirky little tilt. It just happens to make her even more endearing.
If you’re looking for a sweet, slightly crooked little best friend, Tabitha might be your girl. Apply to adopt her today!
