Loads of Love numbers are in, and what an amazing day it was!!
We served 22 individuals or households for a total of $319.75
We received $318.94 in donations:
$160.00 from John
$100 from Gwen
$58.94 in the donation jar
We nearly emptied what started as 4 Giving Tables, ending the event with 2 nearly empty tables! It is through the gracious giving of those in our community that we are able to serve many and we thank you. It's an honor to serve our communities with dignity, respect and above all Love.
We had Gwen and her mother come for a visit and interview with some of our volunteers and those who attended the event. What a true blessing it was, and I'm not just talking about the fresh, home grown and handmade jam and jelly all the way from North Carolina!!!! Gwen has written about HOPE before and it was an honor to have her and her mom attend the event today!
We are always thankful for our volunteers who keep showing up with smiles on their faces, love in their hearts and keep the quarters rolling into the machines. We couldn't do it without you!!!

Wish List Wednesday
We are gearing up for Loads of Love ~ Sturgis, Friday June 5th.
There are a few things we are in need of:

Household items:
Dish soap
Toilet paper
Tissues
Matches

Personal hygiene items:
Deodorant for both men and women
Razors for both men and women
Feminine hygiene products
Body wash

Clothing:
Socks, always, for both men and women

Food:
Canned meat
Cereal
Boxed milk or powdered milk
Prepackaged prepared ready to eat meals

We are also in need of store bags for people to shop with.
As always we are in need of quarters, Quarters and more QUARTERS!

We collected everything we needed for camping season, but we are in need of a few things:
Pots and pans for camping
Solar powered lights or lanterns
Bug spray

Donations can be brought to the event, 1124 Millard Court Three Rivers MI, we can arrange pick up, or mailed to PO Box 221 Three Rivers MI 49093.
