Today, we honor Día de los Mu***os - a beautiful tradition of remembering and celebrating the lives of loved ones who are no longer with us. Food is an important part of bringing families and communities together, and at Manna, we know that sharing food can create meaningful connections and lasting memories. ❤️

On this special day, we remember those who came before us, cherish the memories they left behind, and celebrate the love that continues to connect us.

🎃👻 Happy Halloween from Manna! 👻🎃

Halloween is here! We hope your day is filled with fun costumes, festive decorations, plenty of treats, and lots of smiles. 🍬🧡 Whether you’re getting ready for trick-or-treaters, heading out with the family, or enjoying a quieter Halloween at home, we hope you have a safe and spook-tacular day!

And while you’re enjoying all the Halloween fun tonight, don’t forget that Daylight Saving Time ends tomorrow, Sunday, November 1. ⏰🍂 That means it’s time to fall back and turn your clocks back one hour before heading to bed tonight. An extra hour of sleep sounds like a pretty good Halloween treat to us! 😴🎃

As we head into a new month and a new season, we’re especially grateful for the Manna community. Our volunteers, donors, supporters, and neighbors help make it possible for us to provide food to people throughout the Conejo Valley.

Small acts of kindness make a BIG difference!

We were so honored to be part of NCL Conejo Valley - National Charity League Inc., Conejo Valley Ticktocker Day! Thanks to these incredible young women, thousands of pounds of food were collected to help feed our neighbors throughout the Conejo Valley. 🥫✨

But their kindness didn’t stop there! They also wrote heartfelt letters filled with encouragement and love for the individuals and families we serve. 💌

A HUGE thank you to NCL for your continued partnership and for reminding us that giving back is about more than food. It’s about making our neighbors feel supported, valued, and cared for!
