These sizes are especially helpful because they’re easier for our clients to carry and transport safely.

Healing is not a straight line. It doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it doesn’t have to.

Healing can look like:
• Waking up and realizing you feel a little lighter than yesterday
• Setting a boundary and honoring it
• Feeling safe in your own space again
• Learning to trust your voice
• Taking one small step, even if it feels uncertain
• Allowing yourself to rest without guilt
• Noticing moments of peace you didn’t think were possible

Every step counts. Every step is valid. Your healing is your own, and it deserves patience and compassion.
