We would like to clarify that a scheduling error in a previous post incorrectly listed the date for this month's in-person Coffee with Karen group. Karen's in-person support group will meet every Wednesday from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at 1603 Court St. Syracuse, NY.

To avoid any confusion, the incorrect post has been removed, and an updated version of our monthly events calendar will be shared shortly.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and appreciate your understanding. We hope you'll join Karen each week for support, connection, and conversation.

Pizza tastes better when you make it yourself! 🍕🎨

A huge thank you to Paladino’s Cicero Pizza for hosting CSS participants for a fun pizza-making experience. Everyone got to create their own half-sheet pizza and even brought home plenty of leftovers to enjoy! Then everyone headed over to Le Moyne College, where we had the privilege of supporting CSS participant Kierstin W. at her art show. CSS was proud to sponsor the snacks while celebrating Kierstin’s talent and artistic accomplishments.

This month, the Consumer Directed Personal Assistance team gathered to celebrate the fifth workaversary of Program Manager Tim Farfaglia.

Tim is the definition of grace under pressure. Over the past year, as significant changes to the program created challenges for consumers accessing services, Tim consistently found ways to overcome obstacles and ensure people received the care and support they needed.

Known for his positive attitude, constant smile, and willingness to tackle even the most complex problems, Tim is a valued member of the AccessCNY team and a trusted resource for those he serves and works alongside.
