I am Winston, a black lab puppy in training for Guide Dogs of America! I was born 10/15/2025. Susan Rabe is my generous sponsor.

I am living in San Diego and being raised by: Jamie, Kevin, & Shannon Buckley. I invite you to follow along as I learn & grow.

It is so much fun to play with toys that belong to my friends, especially when the friend is tugging at the other side of the toy!

Arrivederci, Little Italy sign! One of San Diego’s most recognizable landmarks has vanished from its longtime home above India Street after more than 25 years. The iconic Little Italy sign was carefully lifted from its perch this week, months after a garbage truck reportedly struck the structure and caused damage. But this isn’t goodbye forever. The beloved neighborhood gateway is undergoing repairs and upgrades, with plans for a grand return before Little Italy’s annual Christmas celebration.

I am with different humans and GDA/ TLC ‘cousins’. My human got this message:
“Winston is trying out every bed, every toy, every person in the house like Goldilocks lol
He's great!”
This is 100% true, I love to discover new things and play with my friends.
We are so grateful to have people that can watch me while my usual humans are away.
