No precipitation tomorrow between 5-11.  It’s gonna be a perfect night to ride the bike and sit on the lawn and enjoy Middle Age Arcade and Saucy Slamwich Food truck! Open to everyone please come out and join us!

One week from tonight 8/20 Middle Age Arcade will rock the outdoor stage at the Swanton American Legion. Saucy Slamwich will be serving up the food! Open to all! Please join us!

The Honor Guard needs you! 👉Have you thought about joining the Honor Guard?

This is a call out to all our members from all our entities and asking if you are physically able, to please consider joining the Honor Guard. Our members are aging, and without new members our ability to provide honors for a deceased veteran’s funeral, march in parades, present the colors at Swanton home football games, and giving honors at the cemeteries on Memorial Day will no longer be able to be provided. Please, consider signing up to join. If you have never marched, no worries, we will work with you. If you have never fired an M1, no worries, we will train you. Please don’t let this sacred duty disappear from our Post. The need is great. We understand busy lives, whether it be with family or work, so you aren’t required to be at every event, but when you are asked and are available it would be greatly appreciated.
