On behalf of the Swanton Corn Festival Committee, we would like to wish everyone at the Holland Strawberry Festival a safe, successful, peaceful, and fun-filled festival weekend!

A tremendous amount of time, planning, and volunteer dedication goes into making community festivals possible, and we appreciate all the hard work of the organizers, volunteers, vendors, entertainers, public safety personnel, and community members who help make this event special.

We hope the weather cooperates, the crowds are plentiful, and everyone creates wonderful memories with family and friends. Best wishes for a fantastic weekend celebrating community traditions and bringing people together.

Think your team has what it takes to dominate the sand and bring home the bragging rights?
Grab your teammates and join us on Saturday, August 8, 2026, at the Swanton Corn Festival Sand Volleyball Tournament!

📅 Date: August 8, 2026
⏰ Start Time: 10:00 AM
💲 Cost: $150 per team
🏐 Format: 6v6 Co-Ed Volleyball
👥 Teams must have 5 or 6 players
🚹 Maximum of 3 men on the court

Tournament play includes: ✅ Round Robin Play (Sets to 15)
✅ Single-Elimination Tournament
✅ Best of 3 Sets to 21 (3rd Set to 15)
🏆 Prizes for Winners!

Best of all, proceeds help support the Swanton Volleyball Program!

Swanton Corn Festival 5K & Color Run Committee Spotlight! 🌽 🏃‍♂️

💜🌽 Meet Brooklyn Kahl! 🌽💜

At just 15 years old, Brooklyn is already making a big impact as a member of the Swanton Corn Festival!

She may not be driving yet, but she's definitely a driving force behind our races. Whether she's helping with planning, volunteering her time, or supporting the festival in any way she can, Brooklyn brings energy, enthusiasm, and a heart for serving her community.

As the daughter of Mark & Amy Kahl and granddaughter of Joe and Carolyn Kahl, Brooklyn is proudly carrying on a family tradition of community involvement and volunteerism. She grew up watching her late grandfather dedicate countless hours to the Swanton Corn Festival, and now she's helping continue that legacy.

From the soccer field to the choir stage to volunteering at community events, Brooklyn represents the future of Swanton—and that future is bright! ☀️

We are incredibly lucky to have Brooklyn serving as a Race Ambassador for the Swanton Corn Festival.
