While working full time at Faltis, she stayed dedicated, pushed through the long days, and never lost sight of her goal—and today she officially graduated as an LPN!

We are so incredibly proud of you, Torie. Your hard work, determination, and heart for helping others truly show.

✨ Belated Birthday & Staff Highlight – Belinda Jacques ✨

We couldn’t let the moment pass without celebrating one of our absolute rockstars — Belinda Jacques!

Belinda has been with us almost a year now, and from day one she has been killing it. She carries her caseload with determination, professionalism, and heart. For a season, she was managing that caseload solo — and she handled it with strength, consistency, and zero excuses.

Our kids adore her. They think she’s hilarious (and they’re not wrong). She has that rare ability to balance structure and warmth — holding boundaries while still making young people feel seen and safe. That is not easy work, and she does it phenomenally well.

Belinda, your dedication does not go unnoticed. Your impact is real. Your work matters. And we are better because you are here.
