Mountain Park Lodge #729 is a lodge of free and accepted masons. Our lodge was chartered in 1961, and our current building was erected in 1994.

We pride ourselves in being an active and friendly lodge. Qualified visitors are always welcome to our lodge meetings. We are famous for the meals we provide before every meeting which we serve to members and guests. In addition to lodge activities, we also host an Eastern Star Chapter and a Demolay Chapter.

The Mighty 9th is well represented in Grand Lodge this year from Left to Right... District Deputy to the Grand Master of Masons in Georgia 9F, Jim Schultz , 3rd Grand Steward Wiley Gammon Jr., Junior Grand Warden, Wiley Forester, Masonic Home Trustee, David Shockley, District Deputy to the Grand Master of Masons in Georgia 9E, Bill Garrison, Custodian of Uniform Work, Steve Ballard, State Chairmen of District Deputies, William D. Lord Sr. , and Grand Junior Deacon, Jeff Smith. We are so proud of all of you!

One of the best things about Grand Lodge is getting to spend the day with the Brothers throughout the state of Georgia. It is like a homecoming. Then it's the special time sitting under a tree having lunch with our brothers at Mountain Park Lodge No. 729 F.&A.M. We have some laughs, solve some challenges, plan the lodges future, and dream of new ways to serve our fellow man. Unless you experience the true friendship and brotherhood we have in our Lodge and the bonds we have with our brothers across the state you will never truly understand how truly special Masonry can be.

Tonight some of the Mountain Park Lodge No. 729 F.&A.M. officers joined our Brothers from Grayson Masonic Lodge 549 to celebrate some very special Scouts and honor their great achievements. It was a great night sharing Masonry with these young men and women.
