🌟 CHW Association Spotlight: Jason Gottlieb

This month, we’re proud to spotlight Jason Gottlieb, Case Manager at Friends Outside and a newly certified Community Health Worker through the Stanislaus State University Stockton Campus CHW Cohort.

Since his release from incarceration, Jason has become a champion for reentry, healing, and transformation—using his own journey to help others find a path forward.

🏆 His dedication was recently recognized with the CAP Alliance Lived Experience Leadership Award.

We’re proud to celebrate Jason for leading with heart, humility, and purpose and making a lasting impact in the lives of those he serves. 💙
