The trip to Salida for .laespigadeoro was worth it !!!

They are one of our food exhibitors and they will have a special menu for us on the Earthiest Day of 2026 April 19th

We asked them why Earth Day is important to them and they said “Earth Day is important because we are all here & we can all play our part in doing something to help, even if its just recycling or just doing something & Earth Day reminds us about that”

They also continue to honor their brother Daniel Duarte who started the vegan menu when he became vegan, he sadly passed away in 2021.

Please pay them a visit, it’s worth it !!
