What a fun and generous morning!

A huge THANK YOU to Keller Williams and Kares 4 Kids for inviting The Bridge Wellness South to participate in their Community Nonprofit Shopping Day!

We had the opportunity to stock up on items that will make a real difference. From diapers and wipes for our Family Support Boutique, to provisions for our group classes, along with needed office supplies that help us stretch our budget even further toward direct programs and services for women and families.

And we couldn’t have asked for a better shopping partners! Adam and Kyle were wonderful to work with and such a great representation of the heart behind this program. Be sure to watch the Reel to hear Kyle share a little more, including how you can connect with him.

We are so thankful for businesses and community partners who choose to invest locally. Your generosity helps us continue providing hope, help, and practical support to women and families right here in our community.

What a beautiful and historic morning for Henry County—and for the protection of life in Georgia!

Today, our community gathered to bless the first Safe Haven Baby Box in the state of Georgia, located right here in Henry County. This box will offer a safe, confidential, and compassionate option for a mother in crisis while protecting the precious life of her baby.

We were joined by community members, state and local legislators, fire department leadership, national Safe Haven advocates, and Pastor Benny Tate, who led a powerful prayer of blessing.

We are especially grateful for Stockbridge Community Church, whose generous donation made this life-saving resource possible, and for every person who worked to bring it to our community.

The Bridge Wellness South’s Executive Director, Sonja Hegwood, was honored to attend and witness this meaningful moment. May this Safe Haven Baby Box always stand as a reminder that every life is precious, help is available, and no mother has to face a crisis alone.

Today, I am especially thankful for our incredible team—and for two amazing RN volunteers, Jenny and Sharon.

This week, they generously served extra hours so other nurses could step away for much-needed time with family and rest. Their willingness to quietly step in and care for both our patients and their fellow team members is such a beautiful example of servant-hearted love.
