Macomb County Planning and Economic Development was proud to attend the ribbon cutting for Strengthening Solutions, a Macomb County based nonprofit dedicated to supporting mothers experiencing postpartum depression.

PED team member Hali Lenney has worked alongside the organization’s leadership for the past five years and has witnessed firsthand the dedication and care that has gone into building this important resource for our community. Strengthening Solutions provides a compassionate, supportive space where mothers can find guidance, connection, and encouragement as they navigate the challenges of postpartum depression.

Organizations like Strengthening Solutions play a critical role in strengthening families and improving quality of life in Macomb County. We congratulate their team on this milestone and look forward to seeing the continued positive impact they will make for mothers and families across our region.
