🇲🇦❤️ Learning Our Roots, One Step at a Time!

A beautiful moment from our Moroccan History & Culture class at MHA!

Our students are listening to the Moroccan National Anthem as they begin learning and memorizing it. 🇲🇦

It's about more than memorizing words. It's about connecting with our heritage, history, and identity.

Thank you, C. Hamid, for helping pass our culture on to the next generation!

❤️ Keeping our heritage alive, one generation at a time!

🇲🇦✨ Bringing Moroccan History & Culture to Life! ✨🇲🇦

Our students had a wonderful hands-on learning experience in C. Hamid’s Moroccan History and Culture class, exploring the beauty and richness of Moroccan traditions! ❤️

Through traditional cultural items such as the siniya (traditional tea tray), berrad (Moroccan teapot), tarz taqlidi (traditional embroidery), traditional clothing, and other cultural treasures, the children had the opportunity to discover, appreciate, and connect with their Moroccan heritage in a fun and meaningful way.

A heartfelt thank you to Sister Zineb and C. Almokhtar for generously bringing these beautiful cultural items, along with delicious Moroccan tea and sweets for the children. 🫖🍪 Your kindness and thoughtful contribution made this experience even more memorable!

At the Moroccan House of America, we believe that preserving our heritage starts with educating and inspiring the next generation. 🇲🇦❤️
