Located on West Main Street in Stamford, the gateway leading into the city's downtown area, the Jackie Robinson Park of Fame is a center of beauty, inspiration, and achievement. Our programs can be modeled in Stamford and later replicated in other communities throughout the country.

This morning, the Jackie Robinson Park Of Fame, Inc. hosted the annual 9/11 Ceremony honoring the lives lost on this tragic day 24 years ago.

Thank you to all those who came out and participated in this day.

Our hearts are still heavy but every day, we pray for better days ahead.

Please join us as we honor the lives lost and affected by this devastating tragedy on Thursday, September 11th.

On this FIRST day of Black History Month, we celebrate the legendary pioneer Jackie Robinson. He is the only athlete to ever letter in four sports: baseball, football, basketball and track in UCLA history.

He then went on to become the first Black person to play in Major League Baseball after a incredible career in the Negro League. 🫡
