We’re so excited to kick off another amazing school year at the Vogel Family Center for Early Learning 🍎📚✏️

Our students at Sara Walker Nursery School, KinderPlace, The JCC Preschool, and JumpStart had a fantastic first week back. Every day was filled with learning, movement, creativity, and plenty of fun. We can’t wait for everything this year has in store for our growing community!

We’re so excited to welcome everyone back to The J TOMORROW, Saturday, Aug. 29!

While our doors were closed, our team was hard at work completing annual maintenance, deep cleaning, repairs, staff training, team building, and exciting improvements throughout The J.

A HUGE thank you to our incredible maintenance team for working tirelessly behind the scenes to get everything ready. These enhancements wouldn’t have been possible without them 😊

Here’s another comprehensive workout you can follow along to at home 🏃

We’ve been working hard on improving the Kuriansky Fitness Center, and we can’t wait to see you when The J reopens tomorrow (Saturday, Aug. 29) at 7:15 am!

20 minute AMRAP

20 mountain climbers (or jog/march in place)
10 prone lat pulldowns (or bird dogs)
10 glute bridges
10 squat to calf raises
Run 1/4 mile (or walk 1/8 mile)

The J is closed for Annual Maintenance Week, but you don’t have to pause your fitness routine 💪🤩

Here’s a fun and engaging workout for you to follow along at home, with modified exercises included. We’ll see you back at the Kuriansky Fitness Center on Saturday, Aug. 29 at 7:15 am!

25 minute AMRAP:

10 squats
*
10 lunges (or standing marches) (5 on each side)
*
10 pushups
*
10 sit ups (or crunches)
*10 jumping jacks (or standing jacks) in between each movement
