Just a sample of how we served foster and kinship families today:

One family was looking for fall/winter clothes and winter coats for the two kiddos they have had in their home for the last three months.

One family got an emergency placement of an infant and a toddler LAST NIGHT and needed clothes, an exersaucer, diapers and wipes.

Another family is a brand new foster family who has had placement of an infant and a toddler for a few months and needed clothes, diapers, wipes and some formula.

So thankful to each of these families for being willing to open their home to vulnerable children in our community.
🧡💚💙

We received a HUGE donation of NEW Halloween costumes! These are FREE to any foster or kinship families.

We are trying to post pictures of all of them in the next few days. Just reach out and tell us which ones you would like or schedule a time to come in and look through them all. 🎃 👻 🧙

Hey Catholic Central School- Springfield, Ohio Class of 1980! 👋🏻
Thanks for stopping in! Hope you had a wonderful tour! ☘️

Fun Fact: The building that houses Children's Rescue Center, Inc., including Fostering the Village was previously a Catholic elementary school. Occasionally, alumni groups will visit and tour. This group from the Class of 1980 left us some cute messages! 💚

Days like today are what Fostering the Village is all about. We welcomed a family who left with bags of clothes, diapers, wipes and a DRAGON! 🐉

This sweet girl walked in, saw this huge stuffed animal and her whole face lit up. And maybe just maybe, she forgot all of the hard and difficult things she’s been going through for just a moment in time. 💚💙🧡

**Always accepting donations of gently used toys, games and books.**
