Good evening all

Chef Lou here with a few words on the upcoming Paws and Plates event.
As you might know this event is our only dedicated scholarship event of the years. Thanks to this dinner our chapter once again has scholarship money flowing to the next generation of culinarians.
I am asking for your help in several areas.

Prep on Saturday the 26th... most likely down in Ozark at Chef Laurant's school

Donation of services such as a dinner for two or a charcuterie platter that can be auction off. These always bring in a great deal of money

Help promote the event. I am picking up p[promotional flyers that I would love to get in your places of operation. I will happily deliver.
Also if allowed a shout out regarding the dinner on your companies FB page or better yet your own personal page.

Finally we will need hand on the 27th for plate and plating. If you have helped out before you know this is a great time for us.

We have less than 30 days to make this the biggest fundraiser in chapter history but we have to get the team engine rolling.

Our annual scholarship dinner has a new look, a new name and a great new location to help us raise scholarship money for Culinary Arts students in the area. We are looking for donations of private dinners and goods for our silent auction and culinarians to help with the dinner itself.
