For the past 3 days, we've had the pleasure of hosting students from St. Catherine University OTA program. They had opportunities to participate in many client activities throughout their time here, but they also led an activity with several clients. Here's what they did:
"St. Kates Students gathered a few Home Place participants to engage in a self-reflection project using elements of the Kawa (River) Model. The rocks represent fears, worries and challenges. Water represents life's flow and well-being. Riverbanks were physical and social supports in their life. The driftwood represented personal strengths and resources. Spaces between obstacles were opportunities for growth and life's flow. The main goal was to identify what affects their life flow and how these areas work together to improve life."
Thank you to these students, along with their instructor, Claire, for leading this fun and insightful activity!

Our time at Camp For All wrapped up with a little rain 🌧 but a LOT of fun! We spent time in the recording studio 🎧, dressed up, and of course, made a quick stop at Buc-ees 🦫 on our way home.
Camp was a wonderful experience, and we can't wait to go back!
