π Thank You, Tomball Regional Health Foundation! π
Home Place of Texas (HPOTx) is incredibly grateful to the Tomball Regional Health Foundation (TRHF) for their generous support and for welcoming us as one of their 2026 funding partners!
TRHFβs funding will help support our health and wellness programs, expanding access to inclusive health education and physical activity opportunities for the adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) we proudly serve.
We are so thankful for TRHFβs investment in our mission and their commitment to helping individuals with IDD live healthier, more active, and fulfilling lives. Your support makes a meaningful difference! ππ
