The next time you worship, remember that you aren’t trying to reach a distant God. You are responding to a Father who has already brought you near through His Son. Worship Him in spirit because His Spirit lives in you. Worship Him in truth because Jesus has revealed the truth about who the Father is and what He has done for you. Jesus finished the work and sat down at the Father’s right hand. That means you can stop wondering whether you are close enough to God and begin enjoying the relationship Jesus died and rose again to give you.

Jesus Himself said, “As the Father has loved me, so have I loved you. Abide in my love.” (John 15:9, ESV) Think about what He is saying. Jesus doesn’t tell you to earn His love. He tells you to remain conscious of the love that is already yours. The Christian life isn’t a lifelong attempt to convince Jesus to keep loving you. It is learning to live from the security of being loved by Him.

Sometimes the thing God is calling you to do will make you painfully aware of what you cannot do on your own.

You may look at the assignment and think, “I’m not ready for this.” You may have the desire, but not the strength, experience, resources, or confidence to carry it out. And that can be frustrating.

But maybe your inability is not proof that you are on the wrong path. Maybe it is where you learn to stop depending entirely on yourself.

God does not ask you to fulfill His calling with your strength alone. His grace meets you where your ability ends and teaches you to depend on Him as you move forward.

The calling may be bigger than you. That is exactly why you need God.

The resurrection changed the way believers look at the future. The grave looked final until Jesus walked out of it. Because He lives, you never have to call a dark chapter the end. Hope is not pretending everything will be perfect. Hope is knowing Jesus will still be there, and that makes the future worth facing.

So lift your head. Your best days are ahead of you, not because every day will be easy, but because every day ahead is another day to know Jesus more deeply, live more freely, love more fully, and experience the life He already purchased for you. You are not walking toward emptiness. You are walking forward with Christ, and that means there is still so much good ahead.

May your heart become increasingly established in what Jesus has already finished. May you wake up knowing you are loved, walk through your day knowing you are accepted, and close your eyes at night knowing you are held. And may the revelation of Jesus become so real in your heart that fear loses its voice, shame loses its grip, and grace becomes the atmosphere in which you live. You belong to Jesus, and the One who gave His life for you is not finished revealing just how deeply you are loved.

When you truly understand who He is and what He has done for you, spending time with Him stops feeling like an obligation.

It becomes a privilege.

Don’t give God whatever time happens to remain.

Give Him the time He deserves.

Because the One who gave you every breath deserves more than your leftovers.

God's blessings were never intended to stop with us.

Throughout Scripture, those who receive God's grace are called to become channels of His grace to others. A kind word to someone who is discouraged, a generous act toward someone in need, a prayer offered for a hurting friend, or simply choosing forgiveness instead of resentment can become tangible expressions of the blessing we ourselves have received.

As a new week begins, I want to remind you that you are not stepping into uncertainty alone. You are stepping into a week that Jesus has already entered on your behalf. Before you face a single meeting, make a single decision, or overcome a single challenge, remember this: the finished work of Jesus Christ is already your foundation. You do not begin this week trying to earn God’s favor. You begin it standing in the favor that Christ has already secured for you.

I pray that this week your eyes would be opened to see your Father’s goodness in a fresh way. May every lie that tells you that you are alone, forgotten, or unworthy be replaced with the truth that you are loved, accepted, and made righteous through Jesus Christ. May your confidence be rooted in what He accomplished, not in how you feel.
