Manna Market at Substance Church NT Food rescue program.

Our mission is to be good stewards of the abundance God blesses this country with, to strive for community building through the distribution of recovered food, and to provide opportunities for people to grow in the Christian faith.

We are in need of Volunteers for the food distribution. Though we are not currently experiencing a metro surge type of event we are expierencing the usage of this service increase week over week. Just last week we set a record for the drive through.

We specifically need help in the drive through ftom 3-4pm. If you are looking forca way to get involved and give back to those who need this is a fantastic opportunity for that.

We are currently serving over 5,000 families each week across the Twin Cities. The need has not slowed — and neither can we.

When neighbors are hurting, love shows up.

Yesterday, volunteers packed box after box at Manna Market — including Edwin McCain, who came to Minnesota because he cares deeply about what’s happening here.

Right now, many immigrant families are afraid to leave their homes. Even after enforcement activity slows down, the impact will remain — lost jobs, missed work, disrupted stability. These families will need support for a while longer.

So we pack.
We deliver.
We show up.

We’re working to feed 10,000 families by rescuing surplus food and delivering it through trusted community partners. Just $5 helps feed a family for a week.

💛 ¡Qué hermosa noche juntos! 💛

Nuestra primera Noche Comunitaria de Hablantes de Español del año dio la bienvenida a unas 250-300 personas (amigos, familias y caras nuevas), todas reunidas para compartir risas, comida y conexión. 🥳

Noches como esta nos recuerdan que la comunidad es más que solo estar en el mismo lugar: es pertenecer, animarse unos a otros y saber que no caminamos solos por la vida.

Un sincero agradecimiento a todos los que vinieron y a los increíbles voluntarios que lo hicieron posible. Tú eres el corazón de lo que hacemos. 💛
