Kraus-Hartig VFW Post 6587

Scott and I worked hard and got the post 3rd hall back painted and in shape after it's new sheet rock work. Painting walls high and low was easier 20 years and a shoulder surgery ago. All ready for this weekends millitary heritage expo. Lots of old military equipment and guns as well as art will be on display in all 3 halls. Make sure to stop by this Saturday. Thank you to everyone who has donated to our building repair fund. Feel free to click this link and help us put the Kraus-Hartig VFW back on the map.

Big thanks to our lical Moose Lodge for their 500 dollar donation to support our renovations here at the VFW. They came for our gun show this weekend and when we told them a little about the work we are doing at the post they jumped right in to help. They had a master plumber on site within the hour. You meet cool people and find cool deals at the Kraus-Hartig VFW Post 6587.

As all of you know our post has been a pillar of the Spring Lake Park community since the 1940s. With our building being that old we have some serious repairs and modernization we need to do to said building. We are asking all our friends to contribute with any contribution they can. Even just a share would help. We have chartered the same scout troop and cubscout pack for over 50 years. We are the only home for Quilts of Valor and Wreaths Across America in Minnesota. We do all within our power to help not only the veterans here in Minnesota but all the facets of our local community.

Help us revitalize the post building and get back to helping the community!
