🇺🇸 Spring Hope, let’s shine this Independence Day! 🇺🇸

The Spring Hope Garden Club is challenging area residents to tidy up, decorate, and show off your patriotic spirit as we celebrate the 4th of July!

Add your flags, flowers, bunting, stars, stripes, and red, white, and blue touches to help make our community beautiful and festive.

🏡 The best yard will be recognized and rewarded by the Spring Hope Garden Club.

Please have your yard ready by June 21 to be considered. No registration is required — all homes within the city limits will be considered.

The winner will be contacted by June 27.

🎆 Join us for the Spring Hope Independence Day celebration!

The Spring Hope Fire Department will be serving hot dogs, chips, drinks, and more during the event. We’re also accepting canned drink and bottled water donations to help support the day—donations can be dropped off at the fire department.

🌈 Who's ready to color downtown? Chalk It Up has been rescheduled in downtown Spring Hope Saturday, June 6th, 8am to 12pm! Join us downtown for a fun, family-friendly sidewalk chalk art competition open to Grades Elementary to Highschool and Adults (18+). Sponsored by the Spring Hope Chamber of Commerce and the Artists Art Center! This vibrant event brings together artists from across our area for a morning of creativity, community, and cash prizes.

Don't miss your chance to put your creativity to the test and showcase your skills right here downtown! If you already signed up before for May 2nd you do not need to sign up a second time. ✨ Exciting announcement for Spring Hope! Things are already in the works for Spring Hope’s celebration of America’s 250th Birthday!

Fun family activities including games for kids, and participation from local churches are in the works! Businesses and/or individuals that are excited for this event are needed to help with games and permission forms!! Please volunteer to help everyone enjoy the Towns July 4th festivities!! 🎉

Special thanks to the Spaulding Resource Center, Spring Hope Garden Club, Downtown Development Board, Depot Delight, Spring Hope Fire Department, Town of Spring Hope, Spring Hope Elementary School, and Spring Hope Police Department for being part of the planning efforts for this event. The Spring Hope community mourns the passing of a true local legend, Mr. J.C. Womble.

For generations, Mr. Womble’s barber chair was more than just a place for a haircut—it was a place of conversation, connection, and community. His steady presence, kind spirit, and dedication to his craft left a lasting mark on countless lives in our town.

He wasn’t just a barber—he was a friend, a listener, and a cornerstone of Spring Hope.

We extend our deepest condolences to his family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. His legacy will live on in the stories shared, the lives he touched, and the community he helped shape.

Rest easy, Mr. Womble. You will be deeply missed and fondly remembered.
