A very special thank you to:
Deputy Mayor Tim Hattenburg — thank you for your generous donation and continued support!
The United Methodist Church — thank you for your generosity and hospitality, and for letting us use your parking lot and kitchen.
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints — thank you for sending 35 wonderful volunteers and for generously giving your time to help make the event possible!
Nourish Spokane — thank you for helping recruit and sign up the rest of our amazing volunteers, and for your continued generosity in helping provide food and support to our community.

And of course, thank you to FANA (Filipino American Northwest Association) and the AANHPI Coalition for helping organize and bring everyone together.
And to ALL the amazing people behind the scenes — everyone who set up, cooked, prepared the food, organized, distributed groceries and donations, welcomed guests, cleaned up, packed everything away, and helped wherever needed — THANK YOU! Your generosity, time, and hard work did not go unnoticed.
It truly takes a community to make an event like this happen. Thank you to everyone who donated, volunteered, organized, cooked, cleaned, participated, and showed up last Saturday!

❤️ Spokane, this is what community looks like. ❤️
Tonight, our incredible volunteers came together with one purpose—to prepare for our neighbors who have lost so much in the Spokane fires.
Boxes were sorted. Clothing was organized. Household essentials were packed with care. Every item represents hope, kindness, and the belief that no one should have to face recovery alone.
From the bottom of our hearts, THANK YOU to every volunteer who gave your time and energy tonight. Your compassion will make a real difference to families starting over.
🚨 PLEASE SHARE THIS POST so it reaches those who need it most.
