From September 13th to the 30th, the team and I got to travel the state to see Wisconsin agriculture, and visit with FFA members at the Fall Leadership Workshops! 🍂

Where we got started building the future of our FFA year with leadership, new knowledge, and ideas to bring to life! 🔨

During the month of September I got to go to three different chapter visits! ✏️

On September 4th, I went the Cochrane- Fountain City chapter visit with State Parliamentarian Suki Gatica! We enjoyed getting to meet members and teaching them about FFA opportunities! 🧑‍🏫

On September 10th and 11th, I went to Sparta Middle School’s chapter visit! I got to attend their first FFA meeting and meet new and old FFA members! 🙋

On September 25th, Suki and I head to the Brookwood chapter visit. Where we got to hang out with their chapter officer team and teach them all about careers in agriculture and FFA opportunities! 🧑‍🏭

September is su***de prevention month!🩷

Roughly 28 agriculturalists die by su***de daily. My family experienced this firsthand when my uncle passed away by su***de on May 30, 2025.

I share my story to raise awareness about mental health in agriculture. It has been my way of coping with my uncle's passing. I encourage everyone to check on their loved ones and tell them today how much you appreciate them. I have strived to be a smiling face for everyone, a listening ear, and a willing conversationalist. As I firmly believe that kindness can make a difference in people's lives. You never know what someone may be going through in their personal life.

I hope that all agriculturist feel seen and appreciated. However, for those who are struggling, please know that you are not alone, and there are resources available to support you.

🐄On September 17th- 19th, I got to enjoy the Vernon County Fair! Which happens to be the last county fair in the state Wisconsin, and the end of my fair journey. 🎡

I loved seeing members, their projects, hard-work, and everything that makes the Vernon County Fair so special. 🌧️

I cannot wait to see all of the wonderful things these members are going to do through the year! 🎉

🥁September‘s member of the month is Teagan Bailey a Sophomore hailing from the Tomah FFA Chapter! 🥁

She excels by caring about others, promoting involvement in FFA, and her passion for production agriculture! 💙💛

Happy National Teach Ag Day to all agriculture educators! 🦉

I am so grateful for my current and past agriculture teachers who have impacted me tremendously: Mrs. Bailey, Mr. Eckelberg, Mrs. Huber, and Mr. Simon! 💙

I would also like to recognize my chosen Advisors: Ms. Augustine, Mrs. Christianson, Mrs. Figlmiller, Ms. Hanson and so many others for supporting, and encouraging me through everything! 💛
