We would like to recognize a very special Volunteer and Ycon, Josh Kennedy!

Josh serves as the Youth Soccer Field Manager and donates countless hours to ensuring our soccer program runs smoothly for children ages 3-16.

What sets Josh apart is the way he invests in the kids. He doesn't set up fields and officiate games - he takes the time to teach young players about soccer, sportsmanship, teamwork and respect. Whether he's encouraging a nervous first-time player or helping an older athlete improve their skills, Josh makes a positive impact on and off the field.

Outside of his volunteer work, Josh is a dedicated small business owner of Josh Kennedy Goosehead Insurance. Despite the demands of running a business, he continually gives his time and energy to serve the OCFYMCA community because he believes in supporting local families and helping young people succeed. Josh is supported by his loving family, including his wife, Amanda, and their three sons, Gavin, Nicholas, and James. Josh's dedication, leadership, and servant heart embody the values of the YMCA. His commitment to our youth soccer program has made a lasting difference for countless families, and we are grateful for everything he does.
