🎒 Back-to-school season is here! ✏️ Whether your kids headed back last week, started this week, or are just getting settled into their new routines, we hope everyone has had a wonderful first few days of school! 💚

And with a new school year comes another fall season of Healthy Kids Running Series! 👟🍁

Our Fall Series kicks off Sunday, September 20 at 1 PM in Sparta, NJ 🍂 and HKRS Sparta welcomes runners from Sparta AND all of our surrounding communities! You do not need to be a Sparta resident to join us. 💙💚

HKRS has a race for runners of all ages and abilities 💚 from our littlest Pre-K runners all the way through our older kids! 💚

🏃 Pre-K (ages 2–3): 50 Yard Dash
🏃 Pre-K (ages 4–5): 75 Yard Dash
🏃 Kindergarten–1st Grade: ¼ Mile
🏃 2nd–3rd Grade: ½ Mile
🏃 4th–8th Grade: 1 Mile

🌟 And remember: kids don’t have to be experienced runners to join us. HKRS is about getting kids moving, building confidence and having FUN along the way!

A little spring throwback because… we get to do this all over again. 💚👟

More than 100 local kids joined us for our first HKRS Sparta season, and somewhere along the way, Sunday afternoons became about so much more than crossing a finish line!!

They ran. They cheered each other on. They challenged themselves. They celebrated big finishes and small victories. They helped one another. And sometimes… they just hung out in the grass together between races. 😊

From our littlest runners finding their way to the finish line, to our older runners setting an example, to parents getting their own turn on the course… 💚 we loved watching the confidence, encouragement and community grow week after week.

And now we get to do it again!! 🍂

After an incredible spring season with more than 100 local kids hitting the course, we’re getting ready to do it all again! Fall Registration is OPEN! 🙌

We were thrilled to welcome The Little Gym to our final HKRS Sparta race day! 💚🎉

They helped us kick off the morning with a fun, energetic warm-up that had our runners moving, smiling, and ready to hit the course. 👟🙌

From the youngest runners to our oldest participants, it was a fantastic way to start such a special finale.

Thank you, The Little Gym, for joining us and helping make our final race day even more memorable. We loved having you as part of the HKRS Sparta community! 💚
