As a diverse, non-profit organization, all members, volunteers, staff and contributors are joined together by the shared commitment to youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The Y strives to provide programs that build a healthy mind, body and spirit for all! Programming includes everything from swimming lessons and summer day camp to cancer patient wellness, diabetes prevention, youth sports (soccer, t-ball, flag football, basketball, etc.), chronic disease maintenance and personal training. The Y also partners with a wide variety of other non-profit organizations, businesses and government entities to promote community wellbeing. Water Walking in the Family Fun Pool will be rescheduled to 1–3 PM instead of 12–2 PM due to swim lessons with surrounding schools.

There was always an area to exercise in the pool, where everyone was friendly and you could learn from others. The flexibility to build your own routine, work on endurance, and fit exercise into your schedule makes all the difference.
