Led by Rosa Santana, participants will learn how to strengthen their LinkedIn presence, professionally reach out for internships, jobs, and mentorship, and build meaningful connections.

As part of The Young Women Foundation’s 3rd Annual Young Women’s Leadership Summit, we’re excited to bring you The Confidence Lab, an experience designed to help young women look, feel, and step into their next chapter with confidence! 💄👗

Participants will have the opportunity to select professional clothing, makeup, and accessories to take home at no cost, with volunteers available to help them find pieces that fit their personal style. Our goal is for every participant to leave feeling supported, confident, and ready to take on the world! 🤍
