We are excited to share that Hilary Azrael will be joining our Congregation Beth El community and our preschool community as our new Director of Early Childhood Education and Director of our Thelma K. Reisman Preschool, beginning officially on June 22nd.
Hilary brings warmth, experience, and a deep commitment to early childhood education. We are confident that her leadership, care for children and families, and thoughtful approach will be a wonderful addition to our school.
In Hilary’s own words:

I have been an early childhood educator and director in Baltimore, Maryland for over 20 years, and throughout my career have been passionate about helping children feel safe, joyful, confident, and excited to learn each day. I look forward to working closely with both families and teachers and to supporting the warm, nurturing environment that already makes the Beth El Preschool such a special place."
In the coming weeks, Hilary will be spending time getting to know our teachers, children, and families. We know you will join us in giving her a warm welcome as she steps into this important role.
