Don't forget, Puerto Morelos doesn't just have 2 kilometers (1.250 miles) of beach, but ten times that—nearly 20 kilometers (12.5 miles).
Yet, currently, that is the only stretch "protected" by a sargassum barrier installed by the Navy.
