South Hero Land Trust

South Hero Land Trust Protecting and nurturing South Hero’s land and the people who live, play, love, and grow on it. South Hero’s unique beauty and culture are unsurpassed.

Productive farmland, rocky lakeshore, woodlands and scenic vistas make South Hero a spectacular place to live and visit. A strong connection to the land is evident throughout the community, as people rely on the land and surrounding waters for jobs, food, recreation, and inspiration. Since 1997, South Hero Land Trust has worked to protect unique natural resources through land conservation efforts and community programs designed to connect people with the surrounding landscape.

SHLT is thankful for Ben & Jerry's CAT group, and all the volunteers who help make our work possible. Want to get involved? Go to shlt.org/volunteer to sign up!
