Hi, I’m Ms. Luz! 💕 I’m a tiny blind pug with a huge personality, an even bigger heart, and the cutest forever-puppy face!

I’m happiest by my people’s side. I’m a total lap dog who loves being held, carried around, cuddling on the couch or bed, and tagging along everywhere—including the office, restaurants, parks, and car rides. I’m great with kids and other dogs and love zoomies, squeaky toys, sticks, pajamas, and dinner time (I even spin in circles when I’m excited!).

Being blind doesn’t stop me from exploring! I use my nose and ears to navigate and can go on walks. I may walk in little circles while getting used to a new space, so I just need a little patience. I learn quickly and already know my foster home.

I’m sweet, cuddly, playful, and happiest right by your side. I may not see you, but I’ll always know when you’re near. All I need is a loving family and a lap to call my own. 💕🐾

Meet Big Ben, a gentle giant who’s been through more than any dog should. He was pulled from a canal while drowning, badly injuring his paws and scratching off his toenails. Once safe, he was so exhausted he slept for two full days. 💔

Thankfully, Ben is doing great! He’s been vet-checked and is healthy, and he’s loving life in his foster home.

His foster mom says Ben is an incredibly easy dog—quiet, calm, and happy to sleep by her desk all day. He’s good with other dogs but mostly keeps to himself and would be perfectly happy as your only dog. He enjoys short 10–15 minute walks, lots of naps, brushing, and head scratches.

Ben may be a grumpy old man about sharing his food and toys, but he still has plenty of tail wags and love to give. ❤️ He’s ready for a forever home! Interested in meeting Big Ben? Apply today!

Meet Frankie!

Frankie is a super-sweet Husky with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Like any Husky, he’s smart, playful, curious, and full of personality. He loves being outdoors, whether he’s running, playing, or going on a long walk—and he’s great on leash!

Frankie also has that classic Husky goofy, expressive side. He may have plenty to say, a little mischief up his sleeve, and lots of energy to share! But once playtime is over, he’s a world-class snuggler who loves curling up close for affection.

He’s neutered, up to date on vaccines, and ready to find his forever home.

Meet Crystal!

Crystal is the kind of dog who makes friends everywhere she goes! This sweet girl is around 4 years old, spayed, and up to date on all her vaccinations.

Crystal is super friendly with everyone and recently did amazing at our adoption event! She loves people, gives the sweetest kisses, and is always happy to make a new friend. She’s also friendly with all dogs, easygoing, and loves being part of the action.

She’s great on leash, good in the car, and active without being overwhelming—the perfect balance for someone looking for a fun companion. And at a great size for city living, Crystal would fit right into an active household, whether that means neighborhood walks, adventures around town, or simply hanging out with her favorite people.

Meet Mr. Pancake 🥞

Pancake is a poodle mix with the cutest little haircut and an even sweeter personality. With his soft, scruffy face, happy smile, and charming little look, he is impossible not to love.

Pancake is still a young dog, but past the puppy stage, making him a wonderful age for someone looking for a playful, affectionate companion without all the tiny puppy chaos. Like many poodle mixes, he is bright, people-oriented, and full of personality.

He would love a home where he can be included in daily life, enjoy walks, cuddle time, and plenty of love. Pancake is ready for his fresh start and can’t wait to find a family who will adore him as much as he deserves.

Meet Charlotte!

Charlotte is ready for her happy ending! This sweet 5–6-year-old mystery mix is as unique as they come, with one blue eye and one brown eye because, well… she simply couldn’t decide! 😉

But her personality? That’s an easy decision. Charlotte is gentle, affectionate, sweet, and wonderfully easygoing with a calm energy that makes her an absolute joy to be around.

She doesn’t need a packed schedule or hours of exercise. Charlotte would much rather curl up at your feet while you work from home, join you for a YouTube rabbit hole night, and peacefully snooze nearby.

She does well with friendly, calm dogs and is also good with children. She seems to be housebroken and is overall just a lovely, low-key companion.

Charlotte’s story hasn’t been easy. She was found as a stray in Fresno, starving and dehydrated, but despite everything she’s been through, she remains incredibly sweet and trusting.

Now all she needs is someone to show her what a safe, loving home feels like.

Forget the Sunday scaries—come get your dog fix!

What better way to spend your Sunday than surrounded by dogs, helping them find their forever homes?

Our adoption events need volunteers, and trust us—you’ll get just as much out of it as the dogs do. 💛

Sometimes the biggest impact you can make is simply hanging out with our shy pups. Sitting with them, giving them treats, taking them for a little walk, or just letting them relax around new people helps build their confidence and teaches them that humans can be safe, kind, and fun.

And honestly? It’s also a pretty great way to decompress. Leave your Sunday stress at the door, get some puppy therapy, meet fellow dog lovers, and take those Sunday scaries away one belly rub at a time.
