Friday, September 11 in Winter Park, Colorado.

Some stories begin with a love of skiing. This one became a story about finding your way back.

For more than 20 years, Cameron volunteered with Challenge Aspen, sharing the freedom and joy of skiing with people with disabilities.

Then a tragic skiing accident changed his life.

Suddenly, Cameron needed the very organization he had spent decades serving. He went from volunteer → participant.
From helping others get back on the mountain → learning how to get back himself.

“The Way Back Down” follows Cameron in real time through the aftermath of his injury and his multi-year journey toward reclaiming the passion that has always been part of who he is.
It’s raw. It’s honest. And ultimately, it’s a story about hope.
