Friends of Lord Hill Regional Park

Friends of Lord Hill Regional Park We are an all-volunteer organization established to support multi-use trails, maintain and enhance Lord Hll Regional Park. We are an all-volunteer organization.

Friends of Lord Hill Regional Park was formed in the summer of 1995 before Lord Hill Regional Park officially opened. We helped build and improve the trail system that exists today. Our mission is to preserve this area as a multi-use park for hikers, horseback riders, mountain bikers and pack animals and to keep the park safe. All of our work to maintain the park must be pre-approved by the Snohomish County Parks and Recreation Department.

Hey, hikers! Join volunteers to help Lord Hill Advocates install some bridges on Wayne’s World in some very wet and muddy spots. Lord Hill trails are maintained throughout the year by volunteers. It’s because of efforts of volunteer groups like Lord Hill Park Advocates that the trails are open. Leave a comment or message here or contact Advocates directly, stating when you’d be available to work. And please ask your hiking friends to join you. https://www.lordhill.org/

A huge thanks to 39 Snohomish High seniors who did their community service with us at Lord Hill Regional Park on Saturday. We maintained miles of trails, clipping bushes, shoveling mud and improving drainage. This group clipped bushes on the berm to create visibility on a winding segment on the north Pipeline Trail. And thank you to Snohomish County Parks & Recreation for the volunteer opportunities!
