Echo Lake Community

Echo Lake Community Echo Lake Community Group is working to help make our community safer - and a more caring place to live. To do so, we will need to collaborate.

Welcome to Echo Lake - a community of unique individuals united by the enjoyment of living in a wooded environment filled with wildlife and nature. The community members who have joined together believe Echo Lake is a distinctively rich community of residents representing diverse skills, traditions, beliefs, values, and perspectives. We also believe that if a disaster strikes tomorrow, it will be

our human nature, proximity, courage, and empathy that will enable us to react as a community. We also believe we can save more lives and help more people if we elevate our readiness as a community. If being better prepared is on your mind, join us. If the idea of banding together to protect each other and our property is important to you, join us. We are the Echo Lake Community Group

The purpose of the Echo Lake Community Group is to provide an association of mutual aid. A place where community members can connect with each other, explore, and discover solutions to emergency needs. The mission of the Echo Lake Community Group is to plan and build a community safety net. A collection of neighbors ready and willing to share their skills and wisdom to serve in an emergency the physiological needs of survival and safety, the psychological needs of connection and belonging. The vision of the Echo Lake Community Group is that our neighbors will discover the social and economic value of a community that collaborates.

GIVING 4TH FOR AMERICA 250

Give on July 4—Join a New Tradition Beginning in 2026

Giving 4th is a movement to transform Independence Day into the largest single day of charitable giving in U.S. history. This new2026 movement, inspired by the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission, is called “Giving 4th”.

Giving back to our neighbors and communities has been part of America since its founding. But charitable giving has long
been concentrated in the last weeks of December, leaving nonprofits under-resourced for most of the year.

Giving 4th is a call to each of us to make July 4 giving another part of our family traditions. America’s 250th anniversary gives us a once-in-a-generation opportunity to build something lasting. The goal is to make July 4th a permanent fixture on the American giving calendar — a tradition that starts this milestone year and grows stronger every July 4th that follows.

You can participate in “Give 4th” on July 4th - by clicking the link below to: America250 Official website of the U.S. Semiquincentennial Commission.

Local Charities Serving Our Nearest Neighbors

Each of these local charitable non-profits serves our neighbors in need in Monroe, Sky Valley, or Snohomish County.
