Sunday run brought Wendi to the Ramblers. It was prefect morning for a run for sure. Long for some, just right for others. Water and Amirta Bars too! The Shadow knows the sun was present this morning on the RTR group run. Some out early for the longer run and some tagged a few on the end. Tim was "most def " refueling post run. And Dan crossed the river once again. To round it all out there was an "Abe" sighting as well. Next up tomorrow 8 am All are invited.
